Marsha Fincher started her paralegal journey at Bingham Dana LLP in 1999, where her analytical prowess and determination propelled her into the role of a seasoned corporate paralegal. Following her tenure at Bingham Dana LLP, Marsha transitioned to The Related Companies where she honed her paralegal expertise for over 21 years. While at The Related Companies, she collaborated with in-house attorneys as well as domestic and international law firms and contributed her adept leadership skills, resourcefulness, and innovative thinking to facilitate the funding of numerous multimillion-dollar real estate investment transactions across the United States.

As a seasoned paralegal manager who supervised eight or more paralegals at a point in her career, Marsha recognized the critical need for highly skilled paralegals who are willing to continually evolve and improve their skills in order to meet the high, and often impromptu, demand on them to deliver exceptional work. She also witnessed the challenges faced by attorneys at small firms who, during periods of high demand, had to add certain paralegal and/or legal assistant assignments to their workload. These are just a couple of the reasons why Marsha founded Fincher & Associates, LLC (F&A).
